This is my FAVORITE DVD from BOSU!! It's perfect for anyone into HIIT, Tabata and the like - but the beauty is you have 3 levels of each exercise to choose from so everyone can feel successful! These workouts are perfect to follow when you can't get to the gym, but also give the Fitness Pro tons of ideas for their next class or client...just remember not to give away everything on the first day :) Totally worth every penny!!
