Linda is a veteran fitness professional, beginning her full time career in adult fitness in 1985. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education, and a Master’s degree in Exercise Science. She has presented by nationally and internationally to new and seasoned professionals. Her love for education has allowed her to teach in the Sport and Leisure Department at Eastern Connecticut since 1999. She holds certifications as a Certified Exercise Physiologist with ACSM, Personal Trainer, Step & Group Exercise Instructor through AFAA, Stott Pilates Mat & Reformer, Balanced Body EXO chair, TRX, and Zumba. Her passion is personal training with one-on-one or small group trainings. She emphasizes form and efficiency with her clients and the professionals she trains. She is sought after as a presenter for YMCAs and other clubs to train their staff on apparatus, finances, and biomechanics.
