Attaching Fitness Cords
FIG. a FIG. b
To attach Fitness Cords, squeeze Clips and slide them into D-Rings located on the sides of the BOSU Balance Trainer platform. See FIG. a. After clipping Fitness Cords to each D-Ring, jiggle Clips, and gently pull on tubing to make sure that they are securely attached each time you use them. See FIG. b.
Warning: Always detach Fitness Cords and move them out of your workout area when not in use. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious injury or death.
Adjusting Fitness Cords
FIG. c FIG. d FIG. e
The Fitness Cords allow you to adjust resistance to accommodate your fitness level. To adjust resistance, slide up Tension Adjustment Wheel by pushing up tabs on either side of Handles. Adjust length by pushing tubing with clip at the end up and around Tension Adjustment Wheel as shown. See FIG. c. This will allow slack above Tension Adjustment Wheel. Pull shorter tubing until it is against Tension Adjustment Wheel. See FIG. d. Grasp both tubes extending from bottom of Handle, and pull down firmly until tab is seated at the lowest possible position as shown. See FIG. e. Adjust resistance as needed to make it harder or easier for each upper body exercise.
Warning: Holding tubing away from face while making any tension adjustments. Slowly ease tension off tubing and make sure there is slack when attaching, detaching or making tension adjustments. Always make sure that both Fitness Cords are adjusted to the same tension. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious injury or death.
