The BOSU® Sport Balance Trainer 50cm (also referred to as the Half Blue Exercise Ball) is simply a smaller version of the original BOSU® Home Balance Trainer, constructed with the same rim and base style. The sleek compact design allows for easy transport and storage, quick positioning for any type of workout, and is ideal for all fitness enthusiasts and athletes. The smaller size offers a variety of configuration, stance and workout options, especially when paired with an additional balance trainer or BOSU® Ballast Ball.

Smaller Version - Great for Kids
I purchased the Sport BOSU for my 7 year old son. He plays football, baseball and soccer. The 50cm BOSU has been great for him, since it's just right for kids. The height and inflation is perfect for him. His balance has improved a great deal.
